Efficiency Works can conveniently come to your eligible home or business to haul away your working refrigerator or freezer for free! If you are recycling a full-size refrigerator or freezer, we also offer free pick up of working mini-fridges (less than 10 cubic feet) and window or room air conditioning units.

Can I recycle my own appliance?
Yes! Efficiency Works will pay you a $35 rebate for taking your working appliance to a certified recycling facility. Photo documentation is required. Retailer haul away services do not qualify as a certified recycling facility – there is no guarantee the appliance is recycled upon haul away.
