In 2023, Broadcom, a manufacturing facility, optimized its chiller plant and implemented duct static pressure and temperature resets to improve efficiency. Through an RCx study, they gained a deeper understanding of their HVAC systems and identified key optimizations. Broadcom now saves nearly $50,000 annually in energy costs.

Longmont
Circle Graphics needed help undertaking a facility-wide lighting upgrade for their 200,000 sq. ft. facility located in Longmont. They turned to Efficiency Works energy advising for assistance in finding the right partner and the most cost-effective way to accomplish the task.

Cortina Loft
Fort Collins
Cortina Lofts, a 23-unit multifamily property, lowered their operating costs and improved building performance in 2023. As a result, the property successfully completed two retrofit projects and received over $5,000 in incentives.

Embassy Suites
Loveland
Embassy Suites Loveland completed multiple efficiency projects in 2020 and 2021, saving more than $57,000 per year in energy costs and substantially decreasing regular maintenance expenses.

Heritage Park Apartments
Fort Collins
Heritage Park Apartments has completed four retrofit projects through Efficiency Works, including interior and exterior lighting enhancements, upgrading to ENERGY STAR-certified appliances and installing smart thermostats. The complex qualified for $35,525 in rebates that are expected to save over $9,000 in annual electric utility costs.

Newman Motorsports
Fort Collins
Newman Motorsports Inc. upgraded its indoor and outdoor lighting to efficient LED models in the warehouse and office spaces. In addition, they saved significantly on the cost of the project with Efficiency Works rebates and reduced their energy consumption by almost 29,000 kWh annually. This resulted in a savings of $2,000 per year.

Poudre School District
Fort Collins
Poudre School District upgraded its parking lot lighting throughout multiple local schools. Not only did the school district save more than $20,000 per year on future energy cost savings, but offset rate increases and increased usage due to scheduling changes.

Tharp Custom Cabinetry
Loveland
Beginning in 2018, Tharp Custom Cabinetry in Loveland upgraded to LED lighting in the manufacturing area of its new facility. More than $128,000 in Efficiency Works rebates helped to minimize upfront costs, allowing the company to upgrade the lighting in both their office and showroom.
