We’re excited to provide this opportunity as the 2026 Efficiency Works Business service provider tour.
Join us for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of two of Longmont’s most innovative infrastructure facilities. This event will showcase how the city is advancing its energy strategy by integrating distributed energy resources (DERs) into wastewater operations while continuing to build on its longstanding commitment to renewable hydroelectric power.
Participants will begin at the Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant, where you’ll see energy efficiency improvements in action alongside on-site solar and battery storage projects. The group will then travel to the Longmont Hydroelectric Plant to learn more about the history and ongoing role of hydropower in the community.
This is a unique opportunity to experience these systems up close and gain a better understanding of how they contribute to a resilient, sustainable energy future.
