Now that we have returned to in-person services while following local and state COVID-19 protocols, the Efficiency Works team is preparing to offer significant customer incentives to achieve more energy savings in 2022. Several services are available to business and homeowners this year:

Efficiency Works Business

  • Energy efficiency rebates for existing building retrofits and new construction projects
  • Self-install kit delivery and energy advising for multifamily properties
  • Virtual and in-person advising for small and medium businesses
  • Large commercial and industrial utility analytics and energy advising
  • Continuation of the successful Community Efficiency Grant, offering 1.5x the standard efficiency rebates for businesses serving the income-qualified community
  • Continuation of the building tune-up program, offering HVAC specialty maintenance and retro-commissioning incentives
  • Collaborating with other utilities to incentivize regional HVAC distributors to provide high efficiency air conditioning for all commercial customers

Efficiency Works Homes

  • Virtual and in-person energy advising for homes
  • Refrigerator and freezer recycling – in-home or no-contact pick-up options
  • In-store and/or post-purchase rebates on smart thermostats, ENERGY STAR® certified night sky fixtures, select specialty light bulbs, toilets (1.1 GPF or less) and select irrigation equipment
  • Instant rebates on smart thermostats, LED bulbs, advanced power strips, water efficiency products and more at the Efficiency Works Store
