There are options available to homeowners to help finance these investments. Efficiency Works does not endorse any financial institution or loan type for efficiency upgrades, this information is being provided as a resource for participants looking into financing options.

RENU loan
Estes Park Power & Communications residential electric customers may be eligible for financing through the Colorado Energy office Residential Energy Upgrade (RENU) Loan program. Rebate eligibility differs between RENU and Efficiency Works – please contact Efficiency Works at (877) 981-1888 to confirm rebate eligibility.
- Loans from $500 to $35,000
- No money down, finance up to 100% of the project cost
- Low, fixed interest rates
- 3-, 5-, 7-, 10- and 15-year terms
*Projects required to be completed by an authorized RENU Loan contractor. Qualifying HVAC and whole house fans do not require an Efficiency Works home energy assessment, other upgrades require a home energy assessment prior to work being completed.

Epic Loan
- No money down, finance up to 100 percent of qualifying project cost
- Repayment on monthly utility bills
- Borrow up to $50,000
- 3-, 5-, 7-, 10- and 15-year terms
- Interest rate ranges from 4.55 - 5.15% (depending on term)
*Projects required to be completed by an Efficiency Works service provider. Qualifying HVAC and whole house fans do not require an Efficiency Works home energy assessment, other upgrades require a home energy assessment prior to work being completed.

HELP Loan
- Offered through Elevations Credit Union
- No money down, finance up to 100 percent of a qualifying project
- Low, fixed interest rates
