Today marks the beginning of National Drive Electric Week, and here at Efficiency Works we are excited to celebrate the power of clean, electric transportation! Electric vehicles (EVs) reduce emissions and offer a quieter, more efficient driving experience. Plus, they help the region move toward a noncarbon energy future by making the power grid more reliable when combined with a flexible charging schedule.
As your northern Colorado resource for all things energy, Efficiency Works is leading in the electric vehicle (EV) space, providing residential customers information to make smart EV purchasing decisions and offering services, incentives and solutions for commercial customers interested in electrifying their vehicles and fleets.
For individuals and residents
We created a guide to help northern Colorado residents identify which EV might be right for you, compare prices between EVs and gas-powered vehicles and identify tax credits and other local incentives. The guide also includes information on EV charging options, explaining different charging levels to help you choose the best solution for your lifestyle. Visit ev.efficiencyworks.org to find the perfect match for your needs.

Public charging infrastructure incentives
If you’d like to install an EV charger with public access, Efficiency Works offers rebates for that too! We will offset up to $5,000 per charging port of infrastructure costs – including trenching, installing underground wires/cables, new meters, concrete, or other expenses related to readying an installation site for an EV charger that will be accessible for public use.
