Efficiency Works can help make your home as efficient and comfortable as possible, lowering your utility bills and helping you prepare for a future that’s increasingly electric. From small upgrades to major retrofits and new ENERGY STAR® appliances, you’ll find lots of ways to save with home energy rebates from Efficiency Works. Explore our retrofit rebates, instant rebates at the Efficiency Works Store or even post-purchase rebates for products purchased at local or online retailers. Retail products

Shop where you want for eligible equipment and apply for a rebate post-purchase. Explore our rebates for efficient appliances like smart thermostats, air purifiers, induction ranges or cooktops, heat-pump water heaters, heat pump dryers and more. Note: Retail product rebate applications must be submitted within 45 days of purchase or proof of installation. Used/refurbished equipment is not eligible.

Retrofit rebates for service
provider-installed upgrades

Our home retrofit rebates can help you save on major upgrades like heating and cooling equipment, windows, doors and insulation. Multifamily properties

Our multifamily program helps landlords and property managers identify opportunities to reduce utility costs through money-saving rebates and efficiency enhancements.
