Opportunities for multifamily properties
The Efficiency Works Multifamily program helps identify energy- and water-efficiency opportunities and qualifying rebates, allowing you and your tenants to reduce energy use and lower utility costs. If you manage multifamily properties with five or more units per building and a commercial electric meter, this program can help keep tenants happy, reduce maintenance needs and increase property value. To get started, sign up for an assessment. An advisor will help conduct facility assessments, complete project-bid reviews, assist with future project planning and provide free installation of energy- and water-saving equipment where applicable. Support is available for energy efficiency upgrades in both common areas and residential units.
How it works: three simple steps to save
Free energy assessment
An energy advisor will perform a free, no-obligation assessment of your building, and provide a report outlining energy-saving opportunities and available rebates.
Free efficiency products
After the assessment, our team of professionals will help you schedule your free direct installation so you can start seeing the benefits of energy-efficient upgrades.
Rebates for efficiency upgrades
Based on your assessment, you may qualify for rebates by completing energy-efficient equipment upgrades. Your energy advisor will guide you through the rebate paperwork.
Fewer than 5 units per building
If your property has fewer than five units per building, or you’re an individual tenant interested in efficiency projects, explore our home rebates to unlock additional savings.
