Efficiency Works launches online marketplace

Utility customers in Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont and Loveland can now take advantage of valuable rebates instantly while they shop for efficiency products at Efficiency Works’ new online store.

Efficiency Works recently joined forces with Simple Energy to launch the Efficiency Works Store, which enables customers to shop online for energy and water-saving products and claim any available product rebates during the electronic checkout process. The Efficiency Works Store offers a robust selection of recommended energy and water efficient and connected home products like smart thermostats, LED light bulbs and low-flow showerheads. Simple Energy and Efficiency Works will add new products to the Efficiency Works Store as they become available and help launch additional services and tools over the coming months and years.

"We are thrilled to be among the first to drive this type of shopping experience to further increase energy and water efficiency," said Adam Perry, customer services supervisor with Platte River Power Authority. "Utility customers can now save energy, water and time by shopping online at the Efficiency Works Store, save money instantly by earning rebates on select products and save more on utility bills long after the products are delivered to their doors."

Efficiency Works unites the energy and water efficiency offerings of the northern Colorado utilities of Estes Park Light & Power, Fort Collins Utilities, Longmont Power & Communications, Loveland Water and Power and Platte River Power Authority. Efficiency Works offers a variety of products and services to help customers save energy, water and money. To learn more about Efficiency Works, visit efficiencyworks.org.
